AES Group holds GSA Contract 47QRAA22D00DR, a Multiple Award Schedule for Engineering and Construction Management Services, SIN 541330ENG. Under the GSA, AES has performed over $17 million in engineering projects since 2003.  Projects include construction management and utility metering for VA hospitals and cemeteries throughout the US; as-built drawings for entire VA VISNs; commissioning in Los Alamos, NM; and HVAC studies at Buckley AFB.  Since 2014, AES has been performing on-site construction management services for the Phase 3 Seismic Correction and Renovations of Bldg. 1 at the VA San Juan, Puerto Rico. This includes a fulltime team of structural, safety, civil and mechanical engineers, a CM Architect and a Construction Scheduler. AES also provided Retro-Commissioning services for the VA in Garland, TX.
