Our Mentor-Protégé application under the SBA Mentor-Protégé Program (SBAMPP) between AES GROUP, INC (Protégé) and Atkinsrealis USA, Inc. (Mentor) was approved in December 2025 and our Joint Venture agreement was finalized in March 2026. 

As a large business, AtkinsRéalis brings the full breadth of national resources, backed by dedicated contract managers, a seasoned leadership team, and technical subject matter expert support to help deliver a successful program.

The AES-AtkinsRealis JV allows us to pursue growth opportunities through the Mentor-Protégé program by pooling resources, sharing risks, and expanding our project portfolios. Additionally, this partnership enables us to compete for larger contracts while remaining within small business size standards.
